INDIVIDUALLY CONFIGURED HARDWARE
You can individually configure all of our locker, collection, storage and handover stations. After ordering, the commissioned stations are produced by our partners, we deliver the stations to the installation site and then put them into operation with you. The stations are always operated by our customers.
CONTROL AND MONITORING SOFTWARE
Together with the hardware, we provide you with four software components: A standardised user interface for the station screens (standard or customised), access to the emmasbox cloud, the emmasbox API and access to our emmasbox subscription service.
emmasbox cloud is a browser-based application that can be used on any device, whether PC, tablet or smartphone. It allows you to control and monitor your stations via the internet. The emmasbox API and the emmasbox subscription service are web interfaces for the automated exchange of information between your locker, collection, storage or handover stations and your online shops, ERP systems and other IT applications.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
We are happy to adapt our software solution for you to facilitate the seamless integration of your existing business processes. No matter whether it involves adapting the user interfaces of stations, designing individual delivery and pick up processes or a customised expansion of the emmasbox API – we’re able to implement virtually everything for our customers.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT
After delivery of an emmasbox, we also offer you hardware and software support to ensure operations run as smoothly as possible. Remote maintenance is used to provide cost-effective troubleshooting where possible. If this is not possible, we work with international partners who have a comprehensive service network and a wealth of experience, to be on site as quickly as possible.
